Terrible Customer Service - Avoid
Prior to purchase it was agreed several items would be resolved. It became obvious that this did not happen and we had to get another garage to sort out the tracking. When further engine light issues transpired, we contacted the company with a clear diagnostics test that showed simple (yet avoidable) repairs were required. They stated they could only do this during the week which we had already said was impossible due to work commitments. they refused to meet us halfway despite given 3 different options that would satisfy us. When asked to provide a full refund which they are legally obliged to do under the Consumer Right Act 2015, they have refused, even suggesting we put the wrong fuel in the car which, in addition to being offensive, is ridiculous as it wouldn't drive at all. They do not respond to emails or phone calls, and are dismissive and patronising in communication. they say they are reasonable, and claim to be about the customers, but this is clearly only when things are going well. We all know things can happen to second hand cars but it is still the dealership's responsibility to resolve those or issue a full refund within 30 days if the customer is not happy.
