just bought a used car from clarks

I bought a used car from Clarks' Garage twelve days ago. After researching the car I was able to inform the garage that the car would need the cam belt changing as part of their pre-sales service, (car five years old). This was accepted without demur, but they had to buy a new tool (expensive) in order to carry out the work. This was done willingly by them. I also had cause to return with the car today to explain the silly noise it was making (or was I making the silly noise?). After checking on-line I found this to be a fairly common problem on all sorts of cars, posing most garages with a mystery. Without any difficulty for me they spent an hour checking it out, to find it was a simple problem that the evaporation hose on the fuel-to-engine had worked loose. Both situations had not been encountered before by them, but they took time and trouble to sort it all out. I'm delighted with the car, its presentation, and the after-sales service. I recommend this team to you in a world where it is difficult to know who to trust. Happy motoring!
