Beware!!!

I purchased a Smart Roadster in Nov 17 from Oxford Road car sales paying extra for a useless warranty that isnt worth the paper its written on. Numerous problems from the start....the main issue being unable to lock it. The car wasn't fit for purpose as full of leaks also. Literally like a swimming pool!!! After being very patient with countless excuses from the garage trader I insisted the car was repaired. Eventually 23 Feb 18 they agreed to take it back to fix it and returned it 2 months later. In all had only driven it for 2 days since purchase!! Once car returned, due to excessive water, issues started this time with the ignition barrel and very poor service over all. Diagnostics have confirmed due to the excessive water there will be countless further problems. And to put more stress into the whole situation, when the car was collected in Feb 18 to be repaired, the van used to travel down in was deposited on my drive. It took over 2 months and a police intervention to remove it, as due to parking restrictions outside my home, I was limited to friends and family visiting. It was literally dumped with no MOT and was listed as SORN. Despite numerous calls and texts I am still awaiting a reply for a refund of repair expenses I have requested. The garage is still advertising numerous cars including my part exchange and yet no courtesy to acknowledge their failings in selling me a car which is unfit for purpose. Will be taking it further until I am compensated.Very unhappy customer!!!!!!
