Sold me a car with a Decat fitted (no catalytic converter) which is an MOT failure, yet somehow they'd had the car pass an MOT the day before I picked it up. This means either the garage they took it too illegally passes cars or they put a Cat on just for the test. One of the three bolts on the decat was also snapped so this made my life really easy when I came to remove it after paying a large amount for a new Cat. I also never received my V5c and when I phoned up the Dvla they said that the address that they'd been given for the V5c wasn't even remotely similar to my actual address. I can understand the dealer using one wrong letter in the Postcode but the whole address? I had to pay £25 for a new one as they couldn't disclose information about the v5c as I didn't know the postcode it was registered to. Wouldn't recommend.
