Made a specific appointment to view an ex demo vehicle. E-mailed them and then they rang me. They knew I was coming some distance. Got there at the appointed time to be told, at first, "the customer had not brought it back" (what customer you might ask as it was an ex management demo car?) and then "oh, it has just been sold." Asked why they had not rung or e-mailed to tell me whichever of these stories might be true and save me a wasted journey, well they thought I might like to look at something else. 3 hours of wasted time. Not happy.
