Nothing wrong with the car it's Volvo number 6 it's just the service you receive from the garage,ever time it's booked in for something you always get a call the day before saying you can't have a courtesy car,excuse this time customer has extended his time with car.Have now checked with other owners and out of 11 only one other has had this problem. The thing we have in common is our cars are mobility.Both of us have had the same problem plus neither of us has had a call to say the car is ready, dropped ours of at 8 in morning we phoned at 5:30 only to be told "we have been phoning you" a total lie we only have mobiles both not showing any calls.10 people who had purchased or leased their cars no problems always get courtesy car and calls.So it must be discrimination and my £57 per month not worthy of equal treatment
