Poor customer service

Having driven down from Worcester we found a van we liked and agreed a straight swap for our immaculate little mini Cooper. Work was needs on the van and it was agreed they'd do it and call us when done and ready t collect. We have called and txt'd them continuously with either promises of them calling back, which they never have and msgs have been ignored. Their customer service is total rubbish, no way to run a business at all. Would we recommend them No, especially having now read other reviews.
