Doesn't care about the customer

I brought a van from this dealership, and within 4 days after purchasing it wouldn't start. Phoned up to explain the situation, and all they said was bring it in and we will have a look. Considering I live over 50 miles away, this was not an option, which i explained to them. They didn't seem to care, and said if anyone else touches the vehicle I would loose my warranty... what use is the warrenty when I can't use it due to the distance! Appalling service. Do not use them. Once you have paid and are out the door they don't care.
