Very poor communication and service

I bought a bmw from this company and everything I asked the mechanic I got a simple reply of “I dunno” not very professional at all. They have reset the oil clock without doing an oil change they advertised the vehicle with a full tank of fuel when I arrived to collect car it was literally empty. Extremely appalling service. Although never met the manager himself as he wasn’t there but his workers attitude was disgraceful.
