No after sales service.

We purchased a Range Rover from this dealer and were told it came with 3 months warranty. There was no paperwork for the warranty but we were assured we only had to contact Lancashire Sports and anything would be sorted. We tried to contact them after a few days regarding an engine management system failure but could not get any reply. We remembered that they told us that Lancashire Sports was merging with the Phantom Motor Company just over the road. This seemed plausible as the signs and decoration of both premises were exactly the same style, and when we collected our car many of the vehicles we had seen for sale at Phantom were now on the Lancashire Sports Site. However upon contacting Phantom the proprietor said no they were not merging and Lancashire Sports had been liquidated.There appears to be something fishy here and Manchester Trading Standards have indicated they will investigate both companies. Unfortunately as we trusted Lewis we are now left with a Range Rover with several problems which we will have to pick up the bills for when they should have been covered by the promised “warranty”. I would warn people to not buy from this outfit.
