After sales poor service

As my car battery needed charging, I needed my car radio code. I was surprised to find that it was not amongst the documents that they gave to me so I telephoned them to obtain it. They tried to fob me off by telling me to contact previous owner for it. I would have thought that this was standard data that they would obtain for new owner. They said that they didn't have to obtain this data but surely they would want to as part of their customer care? After my reluctance to contact previous owner, they said they'd call the car manufacturer to see if they could obtain radio code from them but I never received a call back. All care had diminished post sale. Very disappointing from Stockton Heath Car Sales.
