Not good

Bought a car advertised with a service history and paid deposit. Car delivered with no history at all. So mileage could not be verified from service records. And not as advertised or described. Several breaches of consumer law. Car refused. Deposit promised to be returned. Later in the day deposit stated would not be refunded. Letter of action sent and no response. Currently ccj process commenced and to date no deposit returned and potential bailiffs involvment. Record on auto trader of original.advert that they altered the day after removing record of service history. Buyer beware. Ensure all documents are checked and car is as described by stanic.
