Poor customer service

Was booked in to view and test drive a car at Whitemyres branch when we arrived it was obvious they did not have a note of our booking.The salesman we who dealt with us was very unhelpful told us that the car had been sold by another branch.No apology was given overall their customer service was very disappointing.We have purchased a number of cars from Vardy's in the past but wont be returning
