no help for after sales

reason why i bought the van is because what work it had done to it ie new power rack new power steering pump part service history all this done in space of 3-4 months.so the next day after purchasing the van the power steering pipe blows out on me now what baffel me is this van was look after & serviced by micheal wicks garage so why did they not replace the pipe at the time when they replaced the pump & rack
