Called in on Easter weekend to look into purchasing a E Class new model. So I’m looking to let go of £30k plus. I asked if I could look around one in stock sat outside. Response from a member of staff was..... it’s not that simple!!!! We have new and used staff to deal with people. After they left me standing to go and get someone. 10 minutes later I left the dealership and will never return to this dealer or this brand. The BMW dealer were great and helpful. Guess what I’m buying in the next two months
