Untrustworthy car dealer

Never have I met a more dishonest trader, they’ll say anything to sell the car. The brakes were well past the best on the BMW I bought, the trader promised as part of the sales deal to cover the price of new brakes but I would pay for the labour of fitting the parts, we happily agreed and shook hands on the deal. When it came time to pay for the brakes he refused saying the brakes were more expensive than he thought they would be even from his supplier. I made a claim with Barclaycard which I got some of the brake cost back. The trader won’t stop talking either, you can’t get a word in edge ways, he talks non stop and over you.
