I brought a Ford Fiesta from SRG car specialist in February. Toby went out of his way to meet me when it was convenient for me to view the car. The test drive was long enough to test the cars speed and all other elements to make an informed decision. Toby had great customer service skills and there was no pressure to buy the car. Toby is clearly passionate about cars which came across. I came to collect the car when the MOT and service had been completed. When I picked the car up Toby was changing the battery completely due to leaving the lights on by accident the night before when double checking everything before the sell. I felt confident that all had been done to ensure the car was perfect for me to drive away. Toby showed and told me all I needed to know about the car. Toby also added me on to a list to remind me when the MOT is due. As for the car... I still love it and it's been a perfect run around. I do not have a bad word to say about the service.
