caused me so much problems

I brought a car of this man when he was trading under 'TMT Motor Centre Ltd'. Caused me nothing but stress from an hour after i driven away in the vw beatle, i broke down, i had to pay recovery charges and it turned out the car had a multitude of problems and the mileage was actually over 200,ooo which had been clocked back to 79,000. When i complained he said nothing can be done as it was sold at a discounted rate. he drove me from pillar to post and then changed his company name. At this stage i informed him i will be reporting this if he he did not refund my money. So he did eventually return me 50% of the value {£800} so in total i lost out £1150 including recovery and mechanics chargers to check it. be very careful when buying from this man.
