Dreadful experience

I had the misfortune to use this company through my insurance company when a car hit mine in the car park damaging the front wing. The car came back with scratches, a hole where there was supposed to be filler and a ding in the door. My door was perfect when ti went there and came back with 2 dents in it. I called them to complain and was met with abject hostility, they simply didn't want to know. In truth it came back in worst condition then when it went in. Don't take my word for it, look at the other reviews of this so called body shop. All they're after is insurance claims that they do half the work they are supposed to do on. read the reviews before using these people!!!!!
