Poor condition, advertised as excellent

Recently test drove a 8 seater. Advertised both interior and exterior as in 'excellent' condition. Arrived to find cigarette burn on seat, door seal removed (left on 2nd row floor) and the boot carpet not fitted. Also, found the remains of a take away in the door well. Sale price discussed. They added an additional 'administration fee' of £159. Typically, prices go down as you negotiate but they refused to service the car, refused to repair the cigarette burn and refused to budge on price. I, therefore, refused to buy the car. Not impressed.
