Service Department is terrible

No gripes about their sales department or the mechanic who done our service but regarding their service department and manager they are terrible. He and his staff need to learn customer relations and not forget it is we who pay his wages. We will not set foot in this branch ever again and would recommend that any prospective customers think long and hard before they do.
