Everything was find, good in fact they were helpful and friendly. Before picking up the car i did pay £25 to them to put Petrol in the car, so when i picked it up i could drive straight home as i was picking it up in rush hour. However the petrol light came on as i was driving home, I was so worried as i was on the dual carriageway and didn't know how much petrol was left. I have called several time as they hadn't given me the spare key and i have asked for my £25 back, but im still waiting £25 but i have now received the spare key but no mention of the £25. I will have to keep calling
