Dealer blurb
Phoned Ray Meader & Sons to get his take on the condition of the car, paintwork, alloys tyres and the like as it was a 2 hour car drive to view. Told that the paintwork was excellent and alloys were great. Got there and instantly could see the car was a dog. Car had clearly been sat for some time as it had started to change colour to green( was red). Dents on the boot and large scratches bordering on gouches. Bits of trim missing replaced by what looked and felt like oasis packing wrapped in electrical tape. Alloys had been badly curbed. Four different cheap budget tyres on it. Three of which were illegal or border line. Interior looked like it had never been cleaned and the leather seats had started to turn white. Car was seriously overpriced for its condition. Wasted time travelling. Can't tar all salesmen with the same brush.
