Great service

After a shaky start with poor customer service from their sister garage at Truro, Rowes agreed to me viewing the car at Dobwalls. We were dealt with by Ian who was really friendly, knowledgeable and unlike a lot of salespeople not pushy. He did go through other services they offer and explained everything I needed to know about my purchase. On collecting the car we met a lady from the Truro garage called Faye, who again was really friendly and helpful, and apologised for the service received from the Truro garage. I am extremely happy with my car, it was exactly as described and I could not be happier. Will definitely look to see what they have on sale in a few ears time when I decide to upgrade again, and because of the service I received from Ian and Faye I would recommend Rowes to others.
