Had to take these crooks to court and thankfully we won. they were awful to deal with right off the bat but since we thought the car we spotted was such a good deal, we persevered, they told us the ford we picked was the best on the lot but it broke down within a couple of days. garage told us it was too far gone to bother repairs. asked for a refund over the phone and they were again rude and unpleasant. they agreed to a refund if we brought the car back and refused to cover the cost of moving the car, even though legally they are obliged to do so.
