bad service, really disapointed

Rates ford, Hogg Lane Grays dealership has been a massive disappointment, I have over the years bought many cars from them with no problem at all. I recently bought a focus c max over 6 weeks ago , it came without a second spare key so I asked them to provide one for me, that was 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting, first I was completely ignored , then I was told they would contact me, they never did, apology after apology then came, I will never purchase another car from them again.
