Very poor service

My wife purchased a Vauxhall Corsa 11 months a go from Marshall Knebworth Vauxhall,had some issues with it(heater etc) which where never really sorted. And then the car stopped starting. Turned out it was the imobloisr,which wasn’t covered by the warranty The garage we took it told us they needed the cars reset code. This should have been with car? It wasn’t,I rang marshals at knebworth and was told I’d have to buy one from Vauxhall (£30) Nice customer support. Asked to buy something which should have been supplied with the car, We had to but not from them! This was the second car we had bought from them. THERE EONT BE A THIRD!
