I am from Northern Ireland, In June 2017 I purchased a vehicle from John for a considerable sum , on route to the boat , the vehicle unfortunately was unable to complete the journey, through an unforeseen condition ,I contacted John by phone who immediately came to my aid . John drove me to Exeter at my request having given me a full refund . I can only say through my experience , John was very friendly , honest, and a true professional gentleman .
