Terrible customer service !!!

After having 2 Hondas over 9 years and both serviced/repaired at John Banks Ipswich our Crv went in for repair, when it arrived home the front silver Honda badge was missing. You would of thought a quick call to the dealership would of solved the problem but no !!! Although the badge was attached when the car was taken into the garage ( photo was taken when car was dropped off ) They said it was not present and charged us £25 for a replacement.. Just sold the car and brought another Crv, our 3rd, but won't be going back to John Banks. We left them 3 messages at their service dept but not once did they return a call. Had to end up going in to showroom..
