Poor Aftersales service

I bought my Logan Stepway on the 18th December last year from Westover Land Rover in Salisbury. I'm very happy with it so far but just after Christmas I noticed that the black plastic cladding over the rear wheel was starting to come away. I'd only had the car for 3 weeks and only noticed it whilst giving it its first wash. I took it back to the Dealer and at first they were basically saying its my fault as I must of spilt petrol over the plastic cladding when filling up. I was quite shocked, and waited for them to confirm if its covered by the warranty . They eventually got back to me and took photos of the cladding to send to the Dacia warranty dept. After agreeing to fix it they gave me the vehicle back this Friday in an even worse state.
