What can i say apart from dont even waste your money at Right Buy Motor Company, look elsewhere!! We purchased a Ford Galaxy from them back in December with a new MOT and full service history, the last service being in November. We went and colllected the car and was told the sevice history manual hadnt been sent to them in time from the previous owners for us to collect in time so they would send it on to us, 3 MONTHS LATER AND STILL WAITING, after numerous phone calls to them and all the BS they have given me about it being lost but another one is being stamped up and will be sent to me is a joke. We also had some car troubles shortly after purchase, an oil leak, brakes were juddering and it wasnt pulling away from stationary very well, almost as if i was in 2nd gear. I had an independant local garage to me look at it and said the oil leak was a split pipe, the sluggish acceleration was due to a faulty EGR valve and most shocking of all, the brakes were in such a state that it NEVER SHOULD HAVE PASSED THE MOT. I contact the Rightbuy who told me to take it back to them for repair, no appologies or anything, i left the car with them with the list of faults the garage had given me. I was given a courtesy car peugeot 107, more like a courtesy skip! It was filthy inside, empty sandwich boxes, wrappers, empty red bull cans and most shockingly of all, cigarette ash, and lots of it, it stank inside. It was left a week before i got a call to collect the car, when i confirmed that everything had been done, i was told that that there was nothing wrong with the EGR valve, but the split in the pipe causing the oil leak which was effecting the acceleration, funny that, seeing as that was the most expensive thing to repair on the independant garage!? I collected it of a night time with the promise that it was all taken tare of, no paperwork or trace of what work had been done, probably somewhere out there with my service history book. A couple of days went by and all seemed fine, the brakes seemed to be holding up for now but my drive is still like an oil slick from the continous leak  and i still cant pull away properly. I paid over the odds for a car bought from this garage in the hope that it had the security of a full service history and a new one in November. I had to borrow money from friends and family to buy a reliable, road worthy car with a full service history and a recent service apparently being done only a few weeks before i bought it. Now all i have to show for it is a car that i know nothing about its service history, leaks oil and doesnt pull away. Should change their name to DONT BUY MOTOR COMPANY.
