Customer service is simply the best

I showed interest in a lexus Alan had for sale and immediately over the phone Alan was pleasant and understanding. I visited autochoice and was given time and space to look over the car. I pointed out a couple of things I would have liked attended to before buying. Alan agreed to these with no change in the good deal I had been given. After collecting the car I discovered an issue that Alan would not have been aware of at the time of the sale. Alan was very helpful and got the repair attended to and I am delighted with my "like new" lexus. I would recommend checking the website and buying from Alan as his manner and customer service is first class.
