Great customer service

We spoke to Craig and Jack, reserved a car until we could look at a similar model locally and arranged collection but snow prevented us from going. Both Craig and Jack kept in touch and were so polite and helpful. Unfortunately the car wasn't right for us so we had to cancel the sale but we were really impressed with the attitude and knowledge. Craig and Jack were a pleasure to deal with and I'm sorry we couldn't give them our business on this occasion.
