Trading under JDW cars

Bought a car and took it to an MOT centre the next day who told me that the car had £1500 worth of rust and £2000 more worth of fixes needed. I took the car back and had to pay a £200 admin fee for a refund. 5 minutes later the car was back up for sale again.
