Teresa at vines mini dealership is fantastic! When my car was booked in for repair she kept me informed at every stage without me having to prompt as I have had to do with garages in the past. She was friendly and reassuring and gave detailed and concise information regarding the repairs and I was only without my car for a day as the team completed the work very quickly and efficiently. Faultless customer service from start to finish. I would recommend vines to anyone especially in a world where customer service seems to be a thing of the past! A job very well done!
