Nightmare!

Disgraceful customer service, couldn't care less about helping anybody out, just makes everyone's lives hard. selling me a car with no logbook, organised a pick up (date and time) cant even mention they have no logbook so therefore it is not taxed. Around 6 weeks before actually getting the car, no money taken off but happy to give me an mot test--all of £40! When i finally got my car, it was sent back as the wing mirror was falling off and reverse sensors and stop/start did not work! For buying my first car, ive never had such a bad experience! but they do always mention they have 30+ years experience. Do not waste your time going to the garage, and do not let the other good reviews fool you like they fooled me! DISGRACEFUL! One good thing about that place was a guy called Lee, He was very helpful, reassuring and did anything to help!
