Appalling Sales executive

One of the sales executives at Infiniti Leeds is appalling. Belittled my partner and also mocked him when stating we saw a car at another Infiniti retailer cheaper. Appalling attitude completely spat out his dummy. Clearly does not like customers negotiating. Obviously lacks skills in this area! When discussing finance options he did not even offer us to sit down, he just hovered around an information booth. Stated we had 'wasted their time'. I'm sorry but that is your job to 'waste time' in order to please and negotiate with customers to get a sale... hilarious! We never even stated we weren't going to purchase the vehicle. We actually WERE based on the final offer.. which is the most hilarious part!! He assumed we weren't, because we tried to negotiate still. That is what car sales are about!! Too bad for him and inifiniti. He lost 2 sales that day... ours and my father in laws, as he too was going to purchase a q30. However due to the disgusting attitude of that sales man, he quite rightly decided not to. Disgusting service from that sales exec would never go there again. Puts that Infiniti centre to shame as it started off so well! Alternatively went to Mercedes. 1st class service, know how to negotiate, no sales execs throwing tantrums and purchased an even better vehicle, with a top spec for less than what Infiniti would ever offer!! If you're ever considering going to buy a car from Infiniti... consider carefully!!! You would be better going to merc or bmw!
