Terrible customer service.
My XF was taken in for a warranty repair at Guy Salmon Land Rover in Bristol. I was without a car for 19 days. When I asked about a courtesy car I was told I would have to book 3 weeks in advance. Jaguar themselves gave me a goodwill gesture of 2 free services & contacted Guy Salmon to inquire if they would make a goodwill gesture, a free service from them would have been fair. Their reply was no, I was only without a car for a few days!! Needless to say I will never go back to Guy Salmon the way they treat customers.
