Singularly the worst financial decision of our lives. - Woefully over-priced car (nearly twice what it was worth, just check their websites to others, then the showroom process) - Hid the true mileage by turning it off, (more than 20K more than we asked for and were repeatedly told was at the original amount we asked for. - Warranty they peddled to us as free as a sweetener for the finance 'falling through', then charged us +1K for it - No service history - Woeful finance Get your own credit or loan from your bank or whoever DON'T take their finance. It messed up my credit rating, cost loads and has cost us +2K over and above the inflated cost of the car. Google CarCraft and the OFT and see how that one comes out. Good luck, and don't go to CarShaft. Sadly I have to give 1 point towards the score, far too much for these proficient and admittedly very well trained swindlers. Do your research prior to going to any dealership and don't get caught like we did.
