The worst company Ever

Honestly Balgonie Motor Company is the worst company I have ever done Business with. I was first skeptical in purchasing a car from these guys after reading negative reviews but I decided to go ahead. The worst decision I have made in my life and I regret every bit. I bought A Renault Clio from these guys with apparently no MOT advisories. After two days of purchasing the car, while driving the car suddenly broke down and died on me. I had to be towed by the AA and they had fortunately fixed the fault (took 2 hours 15 mins to fix). I then phoned balgonie back and they did not even apologize! (I live in Glasgow so its a damn long drive away!). The workers were apocalyptic-ally rude there and they tell too many lies. I took the car to my friends garage for a free MOT check and he found 7 Advisories!!!. I then took the car back to the garage and Clearly the employees were cheesed off as I had complained about the lack of trust and service to their customers, 3 Hours later I come back and OH! surprise surprise! there is a massive scratch on the side of my car and a small dent on the front bumper with paint worn off. They denied it was any of them and I did not feel welcomed at all!. The car was also valeted when I purchased it but this is complete bull crap, Crisps and pieces of food in the glove box, Mud marks on the back of the seat, the car was very dirty and the wind screen was really bad. I really do not understand how a few people are giving positive reviews to this company (probably fake). They are utter rubbish! Workers are very rude especially one named John. I have reported them with a complaint. I asked them for service history as they claimed they had a history for the car. They told me they would post it to me, 3 months later still nothing! I hope this shows a strict warning to those looking to do business with Balgonie Motor Company.
