A bad job, no job done at all,

I have had my ford focus in this Lindsay ford Mallusk garage on more than one occasion during the past 2-3 yrs. The latest piece of work undertook some months ago / 2017 comprised myself delivering this vehicle to the parts/ service reception staff and suggesting to they that I believed the vehicle was missing and ready for stalling due to what I thought might be a head gasket blowing and possible water in the fuel system. The vehicle was returned to me later that day after my having to wait around for some 9 hrs and were I was handed a bill for 150 pounds and told that it did look to be a possible head gasket problem ( cost about 1200 + pounds to repair and there was possibly water in the fuel system, basically what I had suggested to their reception staff earlier that same day. A cracked water bottle was the problem as I have found out and had repaired since elsewhere at a minimal price. GB, Newtownabbey, 2017
