lack of communication

I found lack of communication was very poor! I asked to speak with the salesman and was told he would call me, however he didn't bother getting back to me. I rang the parts department to make an order and was told they were busy and they would call me back. Surprise surprise they didn't bother once again. I bought the item elsewhere and it was cheaper. When I was in the process of buying the car, I was told it had a 5yr service plan! which was not strictly true as it was either 5yrs or 65000 which ever came first, they forgot to tell me that? So be warned they do not get back to you? that's very poor customer care. I am very disappointed to say the least.
