Aftercare is a joke
Bought car 31st Jan 2018 . Problems with car within 7 days . Text and phoned no response !. Had to write letter to get a call . Phoned them back no response . I've opened a case with THE MOTOR OMBUDSMEN now . A car with 46k on clock . Still waiting for service book . Still waiting for problems to be solved . Even the warranty they sold me is a joke . Seeking advice from solicitors as paid full value for a car with low mileage on with service history YET history can't be proven ! ! Therefore my warranty is invalid and sold me a warranty knowing this ! Hhhhmmmmm deceptive selling ! ! ! ! ! ! !
