AWFUL - CAR HAD ISSUES WITHIN HOURS
If I could leave this place with a 0 star review, I would. Absolutely appalling to deal with. Purchased a 5 year old Citroen DS3, within 2 hours of having it there were issues, warning messages on the dash, performance issues. We returned the car to the dealer for inspection, where Chris confirmed there were issues with the turbo. I did not want to accept the repair offered (as per my rights), but the dealer would not accept this and demanded I come collect the vehicle. The Emerald Motor Company ended up getting a solicitor involved, who continually denied that the car was not fit for purpose (even though EMC had earlier confirmed a fault with the turbo), I even paid the RAC to go out to inspect and generate a report on the state of the car. RAC confirmed the fault, and actually also advised there were more issues with the vehicle. Still Chris would not issue a refund. Thankfully I paid for the car on a card, so after 3 months being £6k out of pocket the bank issued a charge back. I trusted the reviews on Autotrader which are all good, but honestly this is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with.
