one star for the car i got of them

Traded my older car for a newer model on the 06/01/2018 with remaining tax on my car. The sales man assured me he would notify DVLA for me immediately so i would get my refund in a couple of weeks. The refund didn't arrive and when i contacted DVLA they told me the tax was still in my name. I emailed Downeys many times and am still waiting for an explanation. Their customer services are very poor and I have had to write to DVLA myself and could possibly loose a months refund.If this is the case I will be taking legal advice as I trusted them to do this for me.
