If Carlsberg made car dealers....

On Saturday my husband and I traveled two hours to see a Ford Focus Titanium X at a national chain expecting to drive away with what we had seen online. When we arrived, the pre appointment, impersonal, assembly line approach to sales ended with test driving a vehicle with a poor paint job and a dodgy clutch. Happily however, this led us to an impromptu visit to see a Titanium X at Patons, Shifnall where we received top notch service from a pleasant, knowledgeable salesman and the owner and test drove an immaculately clean, unique, top spec, sensibly priced Titanium X. Driving away the same day in such a brilliantly performing car we couldn't help think it was fate and such a great experience, no pressure and people passionate about cars - we would highly recommend Patons.
