Terrible

Called about a car on a Friday and asked if we could come on a Saturday (the next day) to view. Explained we are looking for a car to drive away that day and we’re cash buyers. Asked if we could come around lunch time as we live quite far away not sure how long it would take but was made to book an exact time so we agreed 12.30. Drove nearly 2 hours arrive at 12.25 to be told that the car had just been sold that morning. Was quite annoyed as we didn’t just turn up unannounced but thought as we were there may as well see what else they had. It was raining and when I asked they looked outside and said “go and help yourselves they’re all open” No offer of any help what so ever, no question of what we might be interested in, no apology for wasting our time or any sort of customer service. Appreciate that we may not of turned up at all but I only rang the guys mobile number 24 hours earlier, he could of had the decency to call or txt and let me know it had been sold. Lucky escape really as I can’t imagine the aftercare you would (or wouldn’t) receive if you did purchase a vehicle here!
