Excellent service

Recently bought a 2009 Skoda Octavia from Yate Car Sales. The car developed a fault shortly after I took ownership. The fault proved a difficuilt one to rectify and 2 repair garages failed to fix the fault. Yate Car Sales did some research into the best place to send it for a permanent fix. They even offered to pick the car up from my house and return it when fixed even though I live a long way away. The car was fixed at considerable expense. They even authorised some work that was not actually related to any fault and paid the full bill. All done without any quibbling, just very polite and helpful staff. The service I received from Yate Car sales was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Nice to deal with a decent honest car sales garage.
