Good car buying experience

This is the second time buying a car from Hammonds and both times it has been excellent service, particularly from Bryon. However one small point was that even though we had bought a car with under 4000 mls on the clock and less than a year old we were not told that it would need a service 4 weeks later and will now have to bear that cost on top of what we paid for the car.
