Unhappy customer

Contacted them interested in a vehicle and arranged to view it at the weekend after much communication from them. Drove one hour to view and buy the car to then be advised someone had bought it. They had my number and could have rang me but didn't until they knew the other person and completed the deal with them. Very annoyed as a simple call would have prevented me driving two hours out of my way.
